We look beyond pain and spinal alignment to the connection between the spine and nervous system, helping improve communication between the brain and body.

Chiropractic care isn’t just for adults with aches and pains. We work with children, teens, and families to support healthy development, movement, and nervous system function.

There’s no one-size-fits-all adjustment. We use a variety of gentle and traditional techniques, adapting care to each person and what their body needs along the way.

The nervous system learns through specific, repeated input. Our care is designed around this principle, using focused adjustments and consistent care to support lasting changes in how the brain and body communicate.
Your nervous system is constantly communicating with the rest of your body—but much of that communication happens beneath the surface. INSiGHT Scanning gives us a deeper look at patterns in nervous system function, helping us understand how your body is responding, adapting, and regulating. Combined with movement, posture, and hands-on assessment, these scans give us a more complete picture so we can personalize your care.
Measures temperature patterns along the spine to identify areas of nervous system stress.
Measures muscle tension, balance, and symmetry to assess neuromotor patterns.
Provides a broader look at autonomic nervous system balance, stress, and recovery.
We combine all three scans with movement and hands-on assessment to personalize care.

We believe your body is designed to be strong, adaptable, and resilient. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we focus on supporting the body’s natural ability to repair, regulate, and thrive—starting with the nervous system.

Dr. Jake has always been interested in the human body, how it works, how resilient it is and most importantly, how it heals. Growing up on a farm and being an outdoorsman, being one with nature has always been a part of his life. One of the biggest things that stood out to him during chiropractic school was that the first half of the curriculum was spent learning about what a normal, healthy body looks and functions like, and then the second half was about what a dis-eased, dysfunctional body looks like. There was never, this is how the body breaks down and then this is what it looks like when it is healing in between phases. That has led him to be absolutely obsessed with how the human body progresses to and from health. He has been blessed to be in private practice for 12 years and he always states he has way more questions than answers about how our amazing bodies work. These questions are what motivates him more and more each year to continue learning about how the body heals naturally. Dr. Jake has been married to his amazing wife, Kristen, for 13 years and they have been blessed with 3 beautiful children: Joey, Cora and Chipper. He and his family live on a small homestead in the woods between Spencer and Bloomington in southern Indiana. They enjoy all things outdoors and spend as much time as possible in nature.

Dr. Abby has always been fascinated by the incredible intelligence of the human body —how it adapts, heals, and performs when given the right environment. Growing up as a competitive gymnast and track athlete, she developed a passion for human movement and performance, originally planning to pursue a career in strength and conditioning. As her curiosity grew, so did her desire to understand what truly allows the body to recover, thrive, and function at its highest level. That passion ultimately led her to chiropractic, where she discovered that lasting health begins with a well-regulated nervous system. Today, Dr. Abby takes a neurologically focused approach to care, recognizing that before the body can heal, perform, or adapt, it must first feel safe. She believes healing and growth are not separate processes, but different stages of the same journey. By restoring communication between the brain and body through chiropractic care, she helps patients build a stronger foundation for better movement, improved resilience, and long-term health. Her goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help people reconnect with the body's natural ability to heal itself from the inside out. Outside the office, Dr. Abby is also an IFBB Fitness Professional, competing on some of the world's largest stages, including the Olympia and Arnold Classic. Through both her athletic career and clinical practice, she has come to believe that before the body can perform, it must regulate. Before it can thrive, it must reconnect. She is passionate about combining her experience as an elite athlete with her knowledge of the nervous system to help everyone—from competitive athletes to growing families—build resilient foundations for lasting health and performance. She also serves as an online health and wellness coach, integrating nutrition, training, and lifestyle with the same nervous system-first philosophy, believing true transformation happens when the body's foundations are restored before performance is pursued.
